Now that it is 2012, most people have begun working on their New Years Resolutions. We on the CU Tri Team have been focused on one race since April 9th, 2011….the 2012 Collegiate Nationals race. Regardless our motivation is not always at its peak level. Luckily, one of our team members (Rudy Kahsar), took it upon himself to remind us of our goal and restore some of that motivation.
While you may not have the “2012 Collegiate Nationals Race” on your list of resolutions, you might want to lose 10 pounds or go to the gym 3 times a week. Or even become a better parent/friend/or person. Whatever your goals are for this year, a little inspiration can go a long way. So, why don’t you check you Rudy’s video?
