Bike Routes
| Nelson Loop (~25 miles) | From Colorado Multisport this ride is about 25 miles. This takes you over some rollers as you head north on US-36 before making a right on Nelson. It makes for a nice, short day. |
| Hygiene Loop (~33 miles) | Start off on the same route as Nelson, but continue North on 36 until you reach Hygiene rd on the right. |
| Neva TT(~15 miles) | This route is used for our team time trials. |
| Fruit Loops (~50.5 miles) | A gorgeous ride through Lyons, CO. An awesome ride in the fall when the leaves are colorful. This can be extended by tacking on an “out and back” at mile 24 (the north side of Apple Valley road). This ride flows very nicely into either Rabbit Mountain or The Box. |
| 36-66-75th Loop (~36miles) | Take 36 all the way to Highway 66. Make a right. Take 66 to 75th and head back. Nice rollers on the way out. |
| Rabbit Mountain (~43miles) | Same route as above, but once on 66, make a left towards the Rabbit Mountain out and back. Steady incline followed my ~200 meters of steep climbing. |
| Box Loop (~42.5miles) | Again similar to the previous two routes, but make a left on 75th to ride the “box” part of the ride. Dumps you back onto 66. |
| Carter Lake (~70.5miles) | One of the more famous, and longer, rides in Boulder. Starts off exactly the same as The Box route until the turn to Carter. Flat/rolling until you are at Carter Lake, then one short hill. |
| Ward (~49.5miles) | A long steady climb to Ward, CO at an elevation over 9,000ft! Awesome views and a great store in Ward to refuel so bring some cash! |
| Raymond-Ward (~62miles) | Another beautiful long ride with lots of climbing. This takes you through St. Vrain Canyon. Replenish in Raymond en route to Ward. Ventures along the Peak-to-Peak Highway |
| Jamestown (~30miles) | Another gorgeous ride! Take 36 to Lefthand Canyon. Take Lefthand about 7miles to the post office. Turn around and come back over the Olde Stage, the backside of Lee Hill, or back on 36. A great ride for TT or tempo efforts! |
Run Routes
| Sanitas/4th St. (~8.2 miles) | Start from the rec center heading West on the Creek path. Then you have 2 options, go to Settler’s Park, up Red Rocks and then up Sanitas and back via 4th st. Or do the reverse of the that. Lots of hills and trail running. |
| Bobo Link Trail (~6.6 miles) | A flat trail with a mix of gravel and pavement in South Boulder. There are options to connect along it. Out and back. |
| Teller Farm(5-10.7 miles) | A dirt trail in East Boulder. A favorite for long runs. It’s an out and back with some rollers after about 3 miles. Can be as long or short as you want. |
| Eagle Trail (~8 miles) | Trail run at the Boulder Res. |
| Creek Path West (~7.5miles) | From the rec center head West on the creek path until it dead ends. Out and back. Slightly up on the way there, so have fun on the way back! |
| Poorman (~12 miles) | A long long run! Same route as above. At the dead end of the creek path, make a right and run up Fourmile Canyon until Poorman Rd. Get ready for some steep dirt roads. Head down Sunshine Canyon and back home via 4th. |
